Dear Sir/Madame. I'm Dalia Railiene. My account was block at this HSBC bank branch due to a transfer sum of 5.450£ and 20.000£ that is been sent to me from Germany to resolve my family issue. Pleases I hereby demand to reopen my account to enable me have access to the money or send it back to the sender in Germany.
